What is five-axis machining

To know what a five-axis machine is, first read what a five-axis machine is. The five-axis machine (5 Axis Machining), as the name implies, adds two rotating axes to the three common linear axes of X, Y, and Z. The two rotating shafts of the three axes A, B and C have different motion modes to meet the technical requirements of various products. At present, all kinds of five-axis machine tools on the market, although their mechanical structure is various, there are mainly five forms:
If the axis of rotation is not perpendicular to the linear axis, it is considered to be a "dip-down" axis.
1. Two rotation coordinates directly control the direction of the tool axis (double swing head form)
2. The two axes are at the top of the tool, but the axis of rotation is not perpendicular to the axis (tilting type)
3, two rotation coordinates one on the tool, one on the workpiece (one pendulum one turn form)
4, two rotation coordinates directly control the rotation of the space (double turntable form)
5. The two axes are on the table, but the axis of rotation is not perpendicular to the axis (draft type bench)
Understand what the five-axis machine tool is in motion and how to exercise, understand the characteristics of the 5-axis machine tool:
1. Maintain the optimal cutting state of the tool and improve the cutting conditions
