The process of precision CNC machining needs to be strictly confirmed

1. Before each program is processed by precision Cnc Machining, it is necessary to strictly confirm whether the tools on the machine are consistent with the program;

2. When installing the knife, make sure that the length of the tool and the selected tool holder are suitable;

3. It is forbidden to open the door during the operation of the machine tool to avoid flying knife or workpiece;

4. In the process of precision CNC machining, if there is a tool collision, the operator must stop immediately, such as pressing the “emergency stop” button or the “reset key” button or adjusting the “feed rate” to zero, etc.;

5. In the same workpiece, the tool must be kept in the same area every time to ensure the accuracy of the CNC machining center operation rules when the tool is connected;

6. In the process of precision CNC machining, if the machining allowance is found to be too much, you must use “single block” or “pause” to clear the X, Y, and Z values, then manually mill them out and then shake them back to the “zero point” to let It runs on its own;

7. The operator of the cnc machining center manufacturer is not allowed to leave the machine tool or regularly check the operating status of the machine tool during its own operation. If it is necessary to leave halfway, the relevant personnel must be designated to check it;

8. The aluminum slag in the machine tool must be cleaned before the light knife sprays oil to prevent the aluminum slag from absorbing oil;

9. Use air blowing as much as possible in the roughing program, and spray oil in the light knife program;

10. After the workpiece is off the machine, it must be cleaned and deburred in time;

11. When leaving get off work, the operator must do a timely and accurate handover to ensure that the subsequent processing can be carried out normally;

12. Before shutting down, ensure that the tool magazine is in the original position, the XYZ axis is stopped in the center position, and turn off the power supply and the main power supply on the machine operation panel in turn;

13. When encountering a thunderstorm, the power supply must be cut off immediately to stop working.
