To move, a connecting plate structure needs to be added to the inner side of the lower crossbeam of the radiator and the left and right columns to ensure the reliability of the lower frame. The response curve of the upper left installation point of the water tank has not been improved to a large extent before and after the improvement of the radiator frame structure, and the change trend before and after the improvement is basically the same. This may be related to the lack of improvement of the upper beam structure in the radiator frame structure.

After the structural improvement of the lower beam of the radiator frame, the dynamic stiffness performance of the lower left installation point of the water tank in the X and Z directions has been greatly improved. The dynamic stiffness performance of the radiator frame has not changed before and after the improvement of the radiator frame structure, which shows that the location, location and direction of the radiator frame structure improvement are closely related to the dynamic stiffness performance in the three directions of X, Y, and Z. In this article, since only the lower beam structure of the radiator frame is improved, the opening structure is changed to a closed cross-section structure, and a connecting plate is added to the inner side of the lower beam and the left and right columns of the radiator, but the upper beam is not improved. Therefore, the simulation analysis results only show that the dynamic stiffness performance of the lower mounting point changes.
