Machining process planning, design steps and requirements:
⑴ A large number of production types;
⑵Process analysis of stainless steel parts processing (adopting new national standard);
⑶ Determine the type, shape, size and accuracy of the blank;
⑷Draw up the process route. This is a key step in formulating process regulations. Its main tasks are: selecting positioning benchmarks, determining the processing methods of each surface, arranging the processing sequence, determining the degree of concentration and dispersion of processes, and arranging heat treatment, inspection and other auxiliary processes. When formulating a process route, it is generally to propose several possible schemes for analysis and comparison,
Finally determine an optimal plan;
⑸The equipment used in the process of determining the processing of stainless steel parts.
At this time, it is necessary to propose a task book for machine tool modification (or design) according to the specific process, and the necessary data and information related to the process should be put forward in the task book. For example: process size, process tolerances and technical requirements, workpiece positioning, clamping method, as well as the overall layout of the machine tool, the productivity of the machine tool, etc.;
⑹ Determine the process equipment used in each process.
General-purpose fixtures should be used in the single-piece small-batch production of stainless steel parts, and limit gauges, high-productivity inspection fixtures and inspection instruments should be used in mass production;
⑺Determine the machining allowance of each process, calculate the size and tolerance of the process;
⑻Determine the cutting amount of each process in the processing of stainless steel parts. But for mass production line production, especially automatic line production, each process and work step need to specify the cutting amount in order to calculate the production cycle of each process.
⑼ Determine the time quota;
